Our team is seeking a talented Product Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of this product.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for leading the launch and development of SmartEducator. Working closely with AI consultants, and UK and Overseas development teams, you will orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will have responsibility for the product and will be have oversight of future features and functions that are built in to the platform during ongoing release cycles.

Requirements
- Lead the SmartEducator product management process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, AI consultants, and UK/overseas development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring deliverables are met within set timelines and budgets.
- Create and refine wireframes using Figma to convey ideas and guide development teams.
- Organise and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and iterative product development.
- Manage and communicate progress using collaboration tools such as Confluence, Slack, and GitHub.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive analysis, using insights to shape the product strategy.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to ensure the product is delivering on its goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in launching SaaS products.
- Strong familiarity with collaboration and project management tools like Confluence, Slack, and GitHub.
- Advanced skills in wireframing with Figma.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically diverse teams.
- An analytical mindset, adept at using data to drive product decisions and strategy.
Preferred Experience
- Background in the education technology sector or working on EdTech products.
- Familiarity with AI applications and their integration into SaaS platforms.
