How we work No jargon. You see it working before you commit.

You see it working before we build it.

We listen, show you what AI could change, then make it happen your way. We build it for you, design it for your team to build, or train your people. Behind that sits a precise, tested method, set out below.

How it works

What happens when you get in touch.

  1. 1

    Listen

You tell us where you want to go, in your own words. We ask questions and look at how the work is done today.

  2. 2

    Show

We come back with a clear picture of what AI could change, what it would cost in effort, and what to leave alone. Often with something you can try.

  3. 3

    Make it happen, your way

We build it for you, design it for your own team to build, or train your people in what is now possible. However you work, we stay until people are confident.

The human side

Becoming an AI-native organisation is a people change.

When AI does work people were hired and known for, roles shift, and so does how people feel about their jobs. We plan that change with your leaders and HR from the start, covering what each role becomes, who reviews and decides, what people need to learn, and how to talk about it honestly.

  • 01Role and skills redesign with HR
  • 02Clear rules for who reviews and who decides
  • 03Training for the people who use and own the system
  • 04Support for leaders and teams through the transition

The detail

The method behind it.

For those who want to see how it works. The five steps, how we run work in parallel, how agents build and test around the clock, and how we choose and test models.

Five steps, in this order

From idea to software your people use.

Each step produces something you can see, test or stop. The order matters. Nothing is built until the specification is agreed, and nothing ships that your team hasn't used.

  1. 1

    Idea

A concept or a business problem, in your words. We agree what better looks like before anything else.

    The problem
"Renewals take three weeks and nobody owns them."
  2. 2

    Specification

We write a precise specification of what it must do, what it must never do, and the tests that prove it. Your people review and approve it. Agents then work from it, so the intent is fixed before any code exists.

    The specification
    ## Must
    - flag renewals 60 days out
    - draft terms within policy
    ## Must not
    - sign without approval
    ## Done when
    - 12 test cases pass
  3. 3

    Prototype

Something working you can try, produced quickly from the specification. It might be a screen, a whole system or an integration between tools. You see what is possible with real examples, before committing to the full build.

  4. 4

    Build

We build it alongside your team, in parallel workstreams checked against the same specification. Your people learn the methods as we go, so they can keep moving faster after we step back.

    Ship and adopt

We deploy in your environment and stay with your people through the change. That covers roles, training, and how reviews and decisions now work.

Parallel work

Many workstreams at once, held to one specification.

A conventional project moves one task at a time through a handful of people. We split the specification into independent pieces and run them in parallel, with agents doing the work and engineers reviewing it. Because every piece is checked against the same specification and tests, running more of them adds speed without adding inconsistency.

Agentic engineering

An AI-native way to build software.

We build in loops. Agents plan, build, check and test the work, then spot what could be better and go round again. Each loop runs in hours, not weeks, and keeps going day and night.

Every change is reviewed, checked for security and tested before it goes anywhere. Our engineers set the plan, keep the limits in place and approve everything that goes live. You get software that improves a little every day, rather than in big, risky releases.

The right model and policy for each activity

The right model for each step.

A single workflow asks for very different things. A live call needs an answer before the caller stops talking. A complex case needs careful reasoning. An HR record must never leave your control. So we classify the data first, protect anything sensitive, and use a router model to send each step to the model that fits it.

The models
Speak with a customer on a Teams call → Voice-to-voice models The agent has to listen and reply while the caller is still talking. A voice-to-voice model hears and speaks directly, with no slow text step in between.
After go-live

New models every week. No regressions.

New models arrive every week. Some are faster, cheaper or better at a particular job. Others look impressive but do worse on the work you actually need. Keeping up on your own is hard, and switching blindly is risky.

So we build you a testing harness, a safe place to try each new model on your own real work before it goes anywhere near your people. It only goes live if it does the job at least as well as what you use now, under the same limits and sign-offs. If anything changes for the worse, switching back takes moments. You get the benefit of every improvement, without the surprises.

Classified before it moves

Every source and every step is given a data class. That class decides which models and which paths are allowed.

Sensitive data stays protected

Personal and confidential details are tokenised or redacted before they reach a model. Restricted data runs only on private models inside your tenancy.

No lock-in to one provider

The router can switch models without rebuilding the workflow, and the harness proves the switch is safe before it happens.

Bring us one process. We'll show you how it could run.
