Services Start with one. You don’t need to know which yet.

Nine ways AI can change how your organisation works.

Most organisations start with one process and one service. We help you pick the one that will make the biggest difference, build it with your team, and make sure your people trust it and use it.

Where to start

Not sure which service you need? Start with a readiness review.

A short, fixed piece of work. We look at how your teams work today, find the processes where agents would pay back first, and tell you plainly what it would take.

  1. 01LookInterviews and a walk through the work as it happens today
  2. 02RankThe processes where agents would pay back first, and why
  3. 03PlanWhat it would take, what to build first and what to leave alone

Service 01

AI process redesign

A chat tool helps one person with one task. We find the processes where AI can change the work itself, then rebuild them so the value lands inside the organisation.

  • 01Find and rank the processes worth rebuilding
  • 02Redesign each one around agents, checks and human sign-off
  • 03Build it, measure it against the goal and hand it over
Example · a purchase approval

Service 02

Knowledge and data workflows

AI can only reason over what it can see. We build workflows that pull from many sources at once, so it can reason across all of them and show where every answer came from.

  • 01Connect documents, systems and records where they live
  • 02Vector, hybrid and graph retrieval, as in SmartRetriever
  • 03Cited answers and actions that respect existing permissions
How retrieval works
DocumentsSharePointCRMEmailDatabases
VectorFinds meaning, not just words
HybridMeaning plus exact terms
GraphFollows links between people, cases and records
Inference across all of itCited answer or action

A digital colleague that sells and supports, on every page

Your website becomes somewhere customers get real answers, at any hour. A digital colleague that knows your products, prices, stock and policies, and understands who it is talking to, helps people choose, buy and get support, and passes warm leads to your team with the conversation attached.

It answers from your own live data, so it is always current and shows where each answer came from. Routine questions are handled straight away, which cuts the cost of serving each customer and frees your team for the conversations that need a person.

  • 01Knows your products, your policies and who it is talking to
  • 02Answers from your live data, always current, with the source shown
  • 03Warm hand-over to your team, and every conversation logged
Example · your best person, on every page
Ask us anything
Can you deliver to Belfast by Friday? Yes. Orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday arrive by Friday. You have 3 items in stock in your basket. Delivery policy · updated todayLive stock
Answers come from your own data, read at the moment the question is asked.
Service 04

Agents that run meetings and drive them to an outcome

Agents that join your Microsoft Teams meetings and take an active part. They can schedule the meeting, run the agenda, ask the questions, take an interview or an assessment, and keep the discussion moving towards a decision.

When the meeting ends, the actions are already written up and assigned, and the follow-ups are booked. Your people spend their time deciding, not organising, chasing or writing notes.

  • 01Agents that schedule and coordinate meetings for you
  • 02Meetings, interviews and assessments run by an agent, with a person in charge
  • 03Actions, notes and follow-ups done before everyone has left the call

As in SmartEducator’s oral examiner and SmartRecruiter’s interviewer.

Expert judgement, from assessment to guidance

Many roles depend on skilled judgement. Assessing a learner, inspecting a site, reviewing a claim, advising a client or guiding a decision all take time and expertise. AI can take on the reading, checking and evidence gathering, so your experts apply their judgement to more cases, more consistently.

AI drafts the judgement with the evidence attached. A person decides. It augments your people’s skills rather than replacing them.

  • 01Assessment of people, work and applications against clear criteria
  • 02Inspection and compliance checks, with evidence captured as you go
  • 03Consulting and guidance at scale, with the person always making the final call

The approach behind SmartAssessor, SmartEducator and SmartRecruiter.

Software and prototyping factory

We turn an idea into a prototype you can click within days, then build it as production-ready software from a written specification. It is the same factory we use to build and run our own products, so every method has been proven on ourselves first.

  • 01A clickable prototype from a short brief, tested with your people
  • 02Specification, generated code and tests that trace back to it
  • 03Proven first on our own products

Service 07

Agents that work while you sleep

Agents that run from your own private cloud, around the clock. They pick up work as it arrives, overnight and at weekends, so by the morning it is done and waiting for review.

They connect to the systems you already use and work inside the limits you set. Nothing leaves your environment, and a person approves anything that matters.

  • 01Work picked up and progressed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • 02Run in your own private cloud, connected to your existing systems
  • 03Clear limits, approvals and a record of everything they do

Transformation and operating model

Running several agents at once is a learned skill. It does not come naturally, and it can be hard at first. The question has to shift from "what if it goes wrong?" to "what if it succeeds?"

We are not asking teams to do more. We help them trust the systems, believe in them and be ready to iterate, in a culture that builds and delivers around the clock, with much of the work done while people sleep.

  • 01Training and support for working with many agents at once
  • 02A growth mindset, built with leaders and HR
  • 03Roles, reviews and decision rights for 24/7 delivery

Run and govern

When agents work overnight, someone needs to know what they did, what it cost and whether it worked. We set up the operations and governance that let you run agents with confidence after go-live.

Every agent has an owner, a set of limits and a record of every action. New models are tested on your own cases before they replace the old ones, and your policies line up with UK and EU expectations for AI.

  • 01Monitoring, cost tracking and alerts for every agent
  • 02An owner, limits and an approvals policy for each one
  • 03Model testing on your cases, and AI policy aligned with UK and EU guidance

The detail

What sits behind it.

For those who want to see how it works. The engineering we have built and use every day, and how we keep agents improving as new models arrive.

What we have built

What powers every service.

We run our own products this way every day. It is how we deliver more, faster, and every service below draws on it.

The cultural shift

The technology is only half of it. The rest is a change in mindset.

Working with several agents at once is a learned skill. It does not come naturally, and it can be hard at first. Teams that make the shift stop asking "what if it goes wrong?" and start asking "what if it succeeds?". They build cultures geared to delivering around the clock, where most of the work happens while people sleep. We are not asking your teams to do more. We help them trust the systems, believe in what they can do, and keep iterating and improving. Transformation guidance →

Model selection and assurance

Get the benefit of every new model, without the regressions.

New models arrive every week. Some are faster, cheaper or better at a particular job. Some score well on public benchmarks and worse on your work. We run each relevant release against your real cases and judge it on outcomes and actions. It is promoted only if it is at least as good, under the same limits, approvals and audit trail, with the previous model ready to roll back.

Hover over or select a release to see how it scored.
