The Role
Sendient is a dynamic and innovative AI solutions provider. We are focused on delivering strategic advice and guidance to organisations planning to leverage artificial intelligence to optimise their operations, improve efficiencies, and drive profitability.
As we develop our services, we are seeking an experienced new business sales executive to join our growing team. This is a hugely important role, that is strategically important to the organisation’s growth plans. As such, successful individuals will receive a significant amount of support and investment to ensure that they are successful.
Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual that wants to be part of a cohesive and high performing team. Ideal candidates will have worked in technology sales previously and will have experience in selling professional services. Experience of Artificial Intelligence is not necessary, and all training will be provided. Artificial Intelligence is one of the most high-growth segments in the technology sector, and the opportunity for career progression and development is significant.
Package
- OTE of £100K per annum depending on experience
- A remote role with occasional requirement to attend head office in Warwickshire.
- All equipment provided to perform duties.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays

Requirements
- Proven Experience in New Business Sales: A strong track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities in a rapidly developing market.
- Exceptional Networking Skills: The ability to leverage existing relationships and build new connections within the industry to drive sales growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and market trends.
- Target Driven: Highly motivated by targets and capable of consistently achieving or exceeding set sales goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively articulate the value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Customer-Focused: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to tailor solutions that deliver maximum value to the client.
- Negotiation Expertise: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals with a positive outcome for both the company and the customer.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the technology sector, and experience in selling professional services within B2B market segments.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying challenges in the sales process and developing innovative solutions to overcome them.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively across teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
